Policies and patrons
1. ob体育 Patrons: Employees, researchers, officers, contractors, and fellows—have top priority for library services. ob体育 user ID and password required.
2. Friends of ob体育: ob体育 Foundation and DHHS staff—have second priority for library services. These patrons have rights to circulation, interlibrary loan/document delivery, and reference services.
3. General Public: Patrons who visit a physical library location. Examples: ob体育 partners, health departments, international visitors, etc.
