The Firefighter Cancer Registry Act of 2018 requires that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (obÌåÓý), within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), develop and maintain a voluntary registry of U.S. firefighters to collect health and occupational information for the purpose of determining cancer incidence. obÌåÓý solicited input on approaches to maximizing participation in the Registry and use of the Registry data.
