ob体育, the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, the Chronic Disease Directors Women's Health Council,
and Emory University's Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing will be presenting the conference, Advancing the Health
of Women: Prevention, Practice, and Policy, during October 7--9, 2002, at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel in
Atlanta, Georgia. The conference will provide participants with the opportunity to expand their knowledge on women's health issues and increase their effectiveness in helping women live healthier lives.
Plenary and concurrent sessions will focus on disease prevention and health promotion in the context of a variety of diseases and conditions, life stages, and cross-cutting issues. General conference information is available at
