In the MMWR Recommendations and Reports (No. RR-14) dated
December 13, 1991, the title for Neal A. Halsey that appeared in
the membership section of the Immunization Practices Advisory
Committee (ACIP) was incorrect. The entry should read: Neal A.
Halsey, M.D., Professor, Department of Pediatrics, Johns Hopkins
University School of Medicine.
